HOW WE WORK
INITIAL CONSULTATION & ASSESSMENT
We start with a thorough walkthrough of your existing bathroom. We assess the plumbing layout, electrical panel capacity, and tile substrate condition. You walk us through your vision and we give you an honest scope of what is achievable within your budget.
DESIGN & MATERIAL SELECTION
Our team helps you select tile, fixtures, vanities, and hardware that work together as a cohesive design. We source from trusted suppliers and can coordinate with a licensed interior designer if the project warrants it. You receive a detailed material schedule before anything is ordered.
PERMITTING
Any bathroom renovation involving plumbing relocation, electrical upgrades, or structural changes requires a permit in Broward County. Surfline handles the permit application, plan submission, and inspector coordination from start to finish so you never have to deal with the building department.
CONSTRUCTION
We protect the rest of your home with dust barriers and floor coverings before demo begins. Existing tile, fixtures, and drywall are removed carefully. Rough plumbing and electrical are relocated or upgraded as needed, and all work is inspected before walls are closed.
FINAL INSPECTIONS & WALKTHROUGH
We schedule the final building inspections and walk through every item with you before we close out the project. Any punch-list items are addressed immediately. You receive all warranty documentation for fixtures and materials, and we remain available for any questions after completion.
